Prices
All prices at BESSIE A/S are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Items are subject to availability.
Payment
BESSIE A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
BESSIE A/S strives to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
We deliver to Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Items will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
We do not deliver to other countries, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.
Your items will be shipped via GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be redirected to the nearest available location, and you will be notified. Should any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on business days, and your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days of placement.
For certain items, specific delivery conditions may apply. These conditions will be stated prior to purchase.
Customs
Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT in the destination country. For further information on customs and import regulations, please contact your local tax office.
Right to Complain
A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service.
Complaints must be submitted within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. BESSIE A/S will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day:

You receive your order.

You receive the last item in a multiple-item order delivered individually or in installments.

You receive the final part of a multiple-batch delivery.

You receive the first item in a subscription agreement for regular deliveries.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Notification of Withdrawal:
Notify us within 14 days of purchase, and return the item within 14 days of withdrawal.
Send notification via email to bessie@bessie.dk, clearly stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery without explicitly notifying us.
Returns
Return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is properly packed. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also include our Return Form.
The item is your responsibility until received by us.

Condition of Returned Items
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This may result in only partial or no refund, depending on the item's resale value upon return.
Refund Processing
If you withdraw your purchase, the full amount paid will be refunded, less any deductions for diminished value. Refunds, including shipping costs (except additional costs for non-standard shipping methods), will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we receive notification of your withdrawal. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until the item is returned or proof of return is provided.
Risk of Accidental Loss or Damage
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer only when the purchased items are in their possession.
