Parties to the agreement

“Buyer” is applied to the physical person who mainly acts outside his profession and who, when placing an order for B-Jeans by Bessie, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.

“BESSIE COPENHAGEN” is used in the following as well as the physical or legal person who accepts Buyer’s order, sells the ordered goods, and upon order confirmation, and the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

BESSIE COPENHAGEN discloses the essential characteristics of the product. For further information or questions about existing information, please send an email to BESSIE COPENHAGEN via info@bjeans.net.

All prices are daily prices and are only valid on the day of booking. There may therefore be price changes. All prices quoted are including 25% VAT and without shipping and import customs.
Import customs:

Shipping to countries outside the EU may be charged customs and VAT in that country. For more information on customs and import rules, please contact your local tax office.

Presentation of goods together with a price of BESSIE COPENHAGEN is not a binding offer but just an invitation to make an offer.

Buyer’s order of goods from BESSIE COPENHAGEN does not constitute a binding acceptance, but a binding offer to BESSIE COPENHAGEN to purchase the item under the terms stated.

A binding agreement between Buyer and BESSIE COPENHAGEN has only been concluded when BESSIE COPENHAGEN accepts an offer confirmed by Buyer.

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) as it is only you and PBS that can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. For purchases with Dankort or credit cards, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods depart from BESSIE COPENHAGEN.
The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:

Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the possession of the Buyer, the risk that the ordered goods will be destroyed or damaged due to incidental circumstances exceeds the Buyer.

BESSIE COPENHAGEN reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions of this website. It is therefore important that you keep up to date on changes.
