Delivery and Return



For purchases over DKK 499, orders is sent free of charge.
For purchases below DKK 499 a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

For purchases over EUR 125, orders is sent free of charge.
For purchases below EUR 125 a fee of EUR 10 will be charged.

Norway / Sweden

For purchases over NOK / SEK 999, orders is sent free of charge.
For purchases below NOK / SEK 999, a fee of NOK / SEK 99 will be charged.

Outside EU

For purchases over EUR 125, orders is sent free of charge.
For purchases below EUR 125 a fee of EUR 10 will be charged.

Shipping to countries outside the EU may be charged customs duties and VAT in the country. For more information on customs and import rules, please contact your local tax office.

In BESSIE COPENHAGEN'S webshop, all products are shipped with GLS. You can choose between delivery to a GLS store, a private or business address. You will receive your goods approx. 1-3 business days after we have received your order, but in busy periods it may take a little longer.

Unpatched deliveries:

Your package is at the pick-up point 5 whole weekdays. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to us. If you still want your goods, you will have to make a new order.


BESSIE COPENHAGEN, according to the Purchasing Act, provides 2 years’ right of complaint from invoice date on fabrication and material defects. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper use, poor maintenance or unauthorized use.

In rare cases there may be surplus color in the product, so always follow the washing instructions. If the washing instructions are not followed, BESSIE COPENHAGEN disclaims responsibility for discolored items.

The invoice must be displayed to BESSIE COPENHAGEN in connection with a possible. complaint. The buyer is required to indicate and, upon request, prove the defect.


If you inform BESSIE COPENHAGEN that you have regretted your purchase within 30 days of delivery, BESSIE COPENHAGEN will refund the item’s price. You then have 14 days to return the item. BESSIE COPENHAGEN do not cover return costs outside Denmark.

Goods returned UFRANCO, upon request or sent to a parcel shop are refused receipt. When returning please use Postal service, DHL or GLS – not alternative packet distributors, as it allows tracking the item if it should be lost during the return shipment. You should ship the item properly packaged – together with a copy of the invoice, and please state clearly that you wish to make use of the right of refund and that you therefore wish to receive a refund of the item’s price. We recommend that you return the item, as a package with GLS. Goods sent as a letter are at your own risk. Packages shall be sent direct to the company address not to a parcel shop.

Item status when returning it:

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the product used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store – You must try the product but do not take it in to real use.
