Can I change / cancel my order?
It is not possible to change your order but if you wish to cancel all or part of your order, please contact customer service at +45 44925252. The phones are open Monday-Friday 9.00-16.00. Depending on how far your order is in our system, we will be able to cancel it. If the order is initiated in the warehouse, we will not be able to make changes. It is not possible to add products to your order as it is impossible for us to withdraw more money from your account than the amount you have accepted when ordering. You will therefore need to make an order if you want to add an item.
When will my order be delivered?
Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days in Denmark. During busy periods, longer delivery times may occur. Your order will always be sent together as we do not ship goods separately. B-Jeans by Bessie can not be held responsible for any. delays with the carrier.
Outside of Denmark.

Where is my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to you along with your order confirmation to the e-mail address that you have specified at your order.
What payment options is available?
On Bjeans.net you can pay with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electronics and MobilePay. B-Jeans by Bessie does not charge a debit card fee.
When will the money be deducted from my card?
For purchases with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item is shipped from our warehouse.
